Set in unspoiled countryside "The Cottage" with it's original exposed timbers is tastefully decorated in traditional style and predominantly pine furnishings. Beautiful country kitchen with large stone fireplace, Stanley range, and fitted with all modern conveniences. Bathroom, shower and steamroom, 3 bedrooms (2 double rooms and 1 single) all centrally heated. Set on it's own 2.5 acres within minutes walk of the delightful village of Ballymacaw with it's shop, local bars and beaches. This cosy cottage with all home comforts is an ideal "getaway" from the stress and strains of modern life.

Outside the cottage there is a built-in barbeque and patio area, which is also adjacent to a large closed in field ideally suited for children and pets to enjoy freely.

DUNMORE EAST CO WATERFORD

Dunmore East is one of the most renowned coastal villages in Ireland. It is famous for its rugged beauty and is one of the south east coast's most desirable places to live. There are beautiful views of Hook Head just across the water (one of the oldest lighthouses in the world which still beams after eight hundred years). Dunmore is within easy reach of all the country's major cities (only two and half hours by road from Dublin) and only 12 miles from Waterford City. Rosslare Harbour is only an hour away and Cork Airport an hour and a half. More conveniently Waterford Airport a just a few minutes drive from Dunmore East. This spectacular village not only offers peace and tranquility but also everything from sailing, golf, fishing, tennis, beach walks and friendly pubs and seafood resaurants.

Waterford City and Waterford Crystal are only 12 miles away, and the city offers many historic and cultural tours with a great variety of shops and restaurants.
